Acne is a frequent skin condition where pimples, dark spots appear on the skin. There are all times of acne conditions varying in its severity. According to research individuals suffering from constipation also develop acne problems. The main cause identified is the increase in toxins within the body that lead to acne outbreaks. The toxins remain in the bowel system since they are not expelled from the body; they start to build up before it is consumed again in the bloodstream. Some over the counter medication has proved helpful but it should only be relied on in cases where individuals are suffering from severe constipation. Medication often causes the internal digestive system to become overly dependent or even immune to the treatment. Therefore if the condition is not serious it should be avoided.
Other much easier and better options require no medical treatments. The solution is simple, high fiber diet and a lot of exercise. A high fiber diet makes the digestive system work on a faster pace. High fiber fruits include bananas, prunes and apples. Other food items such as spinach, corn and bean also contain an ample quantity of high fiber. Adding potassium as well as vitamins other than high fiber is a good way to get rid of constipation. Water considerably washes out and helps the food to get digested properly. Therefore to stop constipation having a lot of water, at least 10 to 11 glasses daily.
Exercise such as running and some stretches can be a healthy option. Keeping the body healthy from the outside can have a positive effect on the internal part of the body. This will not only improve the digestive system but also help reduce chances of individuals getting constipated.
