Nuts Cause Acne

As a result the body might create antibodies that agitate the sebaceous glands leading to acne development. Nuts contain omega 3 fatty acids which are considerably good for acne improvement however nuts also contain a high level of omega 6 fatty acids. One way to subside the effect is to consume fish oil which is also rich in omega 3 fatty acids.

A useful way to help reduce acne is to cut out certain food item consumed that can make acne development more likely. These include excessive intake of meat and oily food high in calories, dairy products. Switching to fresh vegetables and fruits will not only help nourish the skin but also help reduce acne to quite an extent. Nuts can be consumed since some are actually beneficial especially walnuts however the intake level should be reduced so that it does not induce acne.
