Vitamin E for Acne Marks
|
Acne affects nearly 80% of a population and it mostly targets teens or people in their mid twenties, however, sometimes it could also be a hereditary disease too. Whatever it is, when acne is treated, it does leave a mark or a scar on the face and that worsens the situation. So again there are loads of treatments out there that work on acne scars and marks and one of them is Vitamin E for acne marks. After acne heals up, it leaves a red pigmentation on the skin and it takes at least up to a year for the acne lesions to heal up. After one year however, if that doesn’t heal up, then you have what is left as a scar. As mentioned earlier, acne scars are now claimed to be treated by Vitamin E, which is easily available over the counter. Vitamin E has been shown to promote healing and reduce the appearance of scars when applied topically. And if you intend to use Vitamin E you don’t need a prescription for that. It’s easily available in the form of gels or even as supplements to be used to get you on the process of internally healing the acne. Now you can either apply Vitamin E acne oil directly to the scars at night time, or you can buy a lotion of it and use it as a daily moisturizer. If these options are not available, then take a vitamin E caplet, crack it up and apply the liquid contents directly to where the acne is scar or pigmentation is occurring. If you want supplements, then you can opt for that too, but here you will have to understand the risks involved. You may be allergic to it, you may be facing some problems that restrict the use of vitamin E. Whenever you want to take supplements, try consulting a doctor first. |
